Shipping times quoted are from the time of dispatch. When ordering items including, but not limited, to clothing and jewelry, please bear in mind that due to high order volume at this time of year, your size or style may not be in stock on the day you order but will be available again shortly and your order will be delivered in time for the holidays. We will contact you to notify you in plenty of time if your desired size/item is not available.
If an item cannot be completed at this point in time for pre-holiday delivery this will be noted on the item. In the unlikely event that your made to order item cannot be completed in time for the holidays and doesn’t have this notice, you will be contacted by e-mail in plenty of time and will have the option to cancel your order or have it delivered after the holidays.
If ordering a made-to-order product, you should take into account the time required for this item to be completed when calculating whether you need to choose our economy or express shipping services.
Our UPS delivery service will be delivering right up to Dec 24th. If you require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please notify us of this through the ‘comments’ field on the checkout. We will contact you if delivery by your required date is not possible.

We offer a 90-day return or exchange policy. If you are buying a gift, or need to exchange clothing or jewelry for another size, you can contact us and we will be happy to process your exchange after the New Year.
